Training
Hey everyone. I am an aweful blogger! But I am doing great on my diet and my work outs and I have started training for my marathon! Its going to be on October 8th. I am way excited. This morning I ran for 30 minutes without stopping. When I run my marathon I want to run/jog the whole time. I am running a 5k in July, 10k in August, 1/2 a marathon in September, and my full marathon in October! My trainer kim and I have put together a meal plan. I almost have a whole week put together. I am way excited. I went to Olive Garden last night, I did not have any bread sticks or pasta. I ordered a salad with the low fat dressing on the side. For dinner I had there venetian chicken with broccolli and asparagus it had a apricot sauce I had on the side with only a couple bites. I was so proud of myself!
