Day one

Here are my before Pictures. Don't think of me in this way. I will look a whole lot better by December



Today was the first time that I have weighed in. I weighed in at 261.6


My Measurements I am only going to take once a month but here they are:

Biceps: 15 Inches
Quadriceps: 27.5 inches
Calve: 19 Inches


Today was one of the hardest days in my weight loss history. I work in a bakery and today they made my favorite muffins. I also stocked the donuts like ten times while I was working. I am very proud of myself though. I didn't give in at all even though I went to 5 different groceries stores looking for some corn beef. Each store has all my temptations right when I walk in I swear it. My goals for the day are

  2. No one is going to pretend that it's easy to eat that stictly, but 80% of weight loss is about diet, and these food choices are winners!

Way to go! :-) Add a big pile of Spinach to your plate of veggies and mix up some extra virgin olive oil with lemon juice and salt & pepper and sprinkle over the veggies (2 parts oil to 1 part acid/juice). Spinach is a FREE food. Seriously, you don't have to count it. Just eating it burns calories. Not to mention it keeps you really full. Too bad it isn't more tasty! :-) But the dressing recipe I gave you I got from Jamie Oliver and the lemon juice actually helps to alkalize you, which decreases your cortisol levels (bodily stress=cortisol=fat). You are doing great!

  4. Way to go Lindsay!! I must say your brave to put that all on there but it's a huge motivator! What great meal ideas you have as well. And you did awesome on your activity time! If you ever need a walking buddy we're right in Layton.
