I have disappointed myself this week. I didn't lose a single pound. I set my goal really low so that I could achieve it and get past this dreadful second week of dieting that is the week that I always give up on! I am so sick of being in this body. I can't find cute clothes that fit. On top of thay I have giant size 11 feet and the only store I can find my size is payless and even then they don't make every shoe they carry in size 11! I can't control my feet and I avoid shoe shopping at all cost but I want to be sexy and I want people to think wow she can't be a mom!
So this week was hard to lose weight because my girls were sick the first of the week and I couldn't go to the gym. My trainer also didn't show up for my session because I had to reschedule to take the girls to the doctor and he put it down for wednesday when it was suppose to be thursday I am getting a new trainer he doesn't make me feel like I am worth anything to him when I am training with him he is staring at the clock he makes me feel like I am revolting to him or something.
I want to start going to the gym every morning at 5 to start my day off and it'll help me to eat all day and I won't have to worry about a babysitter and there will ne lots of classes that early. I lovd fit fusion but it is hard core. I throw up every single time I go Jake says that is something I get use to and don't throw up after a while.
This week I did yoga, Maile came with me and it kicked our butts. We even did head stands. I can't do one yet but I will someday. My butt was sore for two days after.
Don't be so hard on yourself, really! Your body is beautiful and so are you! Seriously. Make the focus to be taking care of yourself and loving yourself and not being sexy. Our society is so pushy on everyone trying to be sexy. I want to be sexy, too but sexy is all about inner confidence. You can be a size 4 and a bombshell and still not be sexy. Embrace your curves and love yourself the way you are NOW. It will help you in your goals, really. Don't let any negatively in. Just BLOCK it out. You are doing great! Even if you haven't lost pounds, you've probably changed. Go by inches, not pounds...those are more truthful anyway. Muscle weighs more than fat anyway and you've probably gained some muscle with all the hard workouts you are doing. :-)
