First Week Weight Loss!

This week I lost 5.5 Pounds. I am so excited. I cannot believe it! Sorry I didn't post this last night. I had a busy day.

This weeks goal is to lose 2 pounds I know that the second week is always the hardest esspecially for me. Also to hit my 2100 calories EVERY day! Here I go! Wish me Luck!

  1. Congratulations!!! Just wait until you do have a great week like this several times in a row...you'll feel like a whole new woman!! That is really hard to do, and you should feel so proud. You are an inspiration!! I was telling my mom-in-law about how you've inspired me and she's on the bandwagon now too! :-)

  3. I actually looked up the info. to hire a personal trainer. But I think I'll wait until after my baby is born. I'm 29 weeks and so I don't think getting into it with a trainer right now is an ideal time. But I am going to start lifting free weights at home TODAY. We'll see if I make it on the treadmill. I've already lost the battle with my 2 year old today. She's already punched me. :-( It's so hard to get into a routine with a baby around.

  5. Yay me! I got on the treadmill for 20 minutes this morning before Gloria woke up. I was going to lift some free weights too but got lazy. My goal is to walk for 30 minutes tomorrow.
