Lyndsi’s Weight Loss Challenge

Summer BBQs are over and there is only 4 months until the Holidays! Isn’t this the time you have been telling yourself that you would start losing the weight or start being a healthier person!
I would like to Challenge anyone and everyone wanting to loss weight or get healthier! It is 16 weeks Starting Wednesday August 3rd and Ends Wednesday November 23rd. The cost is only $10, due by Friday August 5th. There will be a weekly weigh in and a new challenge every week! I will post results of every weigh in on my blog lyndsiloser.blogspot.com on Thursday mornings I will only post percentage NEVER anyone’s actual weight! Everyone will get a number so no one knows who is winning until the end. So get EXCITED! Here are the rules:

1. Have a Positive Attitude! If you have a bad day and eat something your not suppose to just tell yourself its okay and move on! If there is something stressing you out getting you down so that you cannot work out tell yourself “But it doesn’t matter…”
2. Be Honest!
3. Weigh In EVERY Wednesday and email or text me your weight. Even if you have not done well I need to hear from you!.

4. Weigh in on the same scale and same time of day as much as possible! This will make your numbers the most correct.
5. This is a Self Motivational Challenge; Money you pay will go toward the winners of the Challenge!

So pretty simple right? A group of people coming together for the same purpose and gaining knowledge and health! A friend once told me “Nothing Taste as good as Skinny Feels!”
