Weight loss challenge


My starting weight is 254.8. I asked you all to send me a picture of your first weigh in I thought I would do the same by showing all of you... I don't have anypost for the challenge this week because in the future I will only be showing you percentage lost and of coarse you haven't lost anything yet!

Thank you for being a part of my weight loss challenge! I am so excited to get started! Each week I will be posting the results of the weeks challenge here on my blog at lyndsiloser.blogspot.com and everyones weight will not be posted just the percentage lost each week and they will be posted with each ID number. No one will know who is winning and who is falling behind because everyone will have an ID #. I hope that you will still update me one your weight each week as you embark on this journey.

Your first challenge is your water and 100% whole grain challenge. You get 1 point each day for drinking 64 ounces of water that day and 1 point for eating only 100% whole wheat or whole grains each day. Each day this week is worth 2 points.
For the water challenge get a mug or cup that has measurements on it and use it as a reference to see how many of those mugs/cups of water you need each day. Pretty simple right? If you don't drink your water you do not get points for the days you do not drink it!
For the 100% whole grains whole wheat part of the challenge you CANNOT eat white breads or rice or half and half. If you eat white or half and half you don't get that point for the day and you should try again for the next day! This is really simple just look in the ingredients for the bread as you buy it and it will tell you if it is made with any enriched flour or not! Nothing enriched! with rice use long grain brown rice!
