I hope that the move more challenge was challenging enough for everyone! How is the No carbonation challenge going? Is it challenging enough? I sure hope so! I am issuing another challenge to walk or run 100 miles before our final weigh in if you would rather do a bike you will need to do 120 miles. Log your miles every week on your score card or on another sheet of paper. If you complete this 100 miles or 120 miles you get 10 more points! Remember the more points you get the more advantages you get at the final weigh in! If everyone is getting points and you are not then you will be behind everyone in the final weigh in... so get all the points you can. If you can get the most points you get a prize! So get out there run and walk or ride your bike! You will all do great!
