Sorry that this is posted so late I didn’t get a lot of weights on Wednesday they kinda trickled in through the weekend then I was embarrassed about my gigantic weight gain I am just losing my motivation and it is rubbing off on Ryan and I really need to get back to it! Would love some work out buddies or something!

I hope that the move more challenge was challenging enough for everyone! How is the No carbonation challenge going? Is it challenging enough? I sure hope so! I am issuing another challenge to walk or run 100 miles before our final weigh in if you would rather do a bike you will need to do 120 miles. Log your miles every week on your score card or on another sheet of paper. If you complete this 100 miles or 120 miles you get 10 more points! Remember the more points you get the more advantages you get at the final weigh in! If everyone is getting points and you are not then you will be behind everyone in the final weigh in... so get all the points you can. If you can get the most points you get a prize! So get out there run and walk or ride your bike! You will all do great!

I still need a lot of second week weights along with some starting weights! If you don’t give me your weights week by week… first of all you’re not being held accountable and second of all you won’t be able to track where you are with others in the competition and third you are going to be at a disadvantage starting late! The most important I need it starting weights! I still need them from #’s 032, 027, 022, 021, 018, 014 Please get them to me the moment you read this. Thank you!
Week 2 challenge…. Move more challenge… Basically you need to move more everyday! Example... Park as far away as possible or walk places, take the stairs instead of the elevater, sit on a stability ball at work or while watching TV, do squats, crunches, push ups, sit ups, planks, etc while watching TV, take your kids or pets on more walks and bike rides, JUST KEEP MOVING! At the end of the day if you have moved as much as you could've moved all day you get that point for the day. Make sense? Good luck let me know what you guys do so I can share with everyone more ideas... Any Ideas

Weight loss challenge


My starting weight is 254.8. I asked you all to send me a picture of your first weigh in I thought I would do the same by showing all of you... I don't have anypost for the challenge this week because in the future I will only be showing you percentage lost and of coarse you haven't lost anything yet!

Thank you for being a part of my weight loss challenge! I am so excited to get started! Each week I will be posting the results of the weeks challenge here on my blog at lyndsiloser.blogspot.com and everyones weight will not be posted just the percentage lost each week and they will be posted with each ID number. No one will know who is winning and who is falling behind because everyone will have an ID #. I hope that you will still update me one your weight each week as you embark on this journey.

Your first challenge is your water and 100% whole grain challenge. You get 1 point each day for drinking 64 ounces of water that day and 1 point for eating only 100% whole wheat or whole grains each day. Each day this week is worth 2 points.
For the water challenge get a mug or cup that has measurements on it and use it as a reference to see how many of those mugs/cups of water you need each day. Pretty simple right? If you don't drink your water you do not get points for the days you do not drink it!
For the 100% whole grains whole wheat part of the challenge you CANNOT eat white breads or rice or half and half. If you eat white or half and half you don't get that point for the day and you should try again for the next day! This is really simple just look in the ingredients for the bread as you buy it and it will tell you if it is made with any enriched flour or not! Nothing enriched! with rice use long grain brown rice!
